Germinate & Journey

Aware Wayfaring through MindBody Exploration

Home: Welcome

HerStory

I believe in learning and sharing the skills we cultivate with the collective. I have spent the last 20 years facilitating groups from 2 to 80 people through movement, somatic embodiment, and healing practices. My facilitation work is largely based in my studies of yoga with the incorporation of other modalities such as music and dance. This has been informed in part by spending 3 years as a clarinet performance / music education major at a major conservatory and 8 years studying belly dance. Fascinated and engaged with humans and humanity, I have a BA in anthropology. In addition, I worked for 7 years as an International Trade Specialist at a financial institution and have spent the last 20 years immersed in various philosophical systems largely based out of India and Africa. I love collaboration with others, bringing more ease into their spaces so that their gifts can shine. In this capacity I have worked with yoga studios, energy healing spaces, spas, leadership trainers and even a landscaping company that incorporate organic and native species into their mission. Currently, I am a co-founder of The Culture Collaborative Cooperative. The Culture Collaborative Cooperative does leadership training and DEI work using somatics, storytelling and other techniques to cultivate a work culture of cooperation, diversity, equity and inclusion. I am registered with the Yoga Alliance as E - RYT® 500, YACEP® .
